What time can I check-in? Your room should be ready for you by 2pm on the day of your arrival (typically rooms are ready earlier). Guests arriving before this time will be made most welcome and can use the hotel's facilities until their bedroom becomes available. |

I will arrive before check-in, what is the provision for storing luggage? Based upon availability, the hotel will store your luggage at no charge until your check-in or after your check-out. |

Early check-in Your room should be ready for you by 2pm on the day of your arrival (typically rooms are ready earlier). If you arrive before this time we will store your luggage at no charge until your bedroom becomes available. Should you arrive really early in the morning, the only way to guarantee a place on arrival is to book a room for the night before. |

When do I need to check-out? Departing guests should vacate their bedrooms by 12 noon. They can, however, continue to use the facilities until they wish to depart. If you require a later checkout please ask reception as there is an extra charge for this facility. |

I will not get to the hotel until 1:00 on the next day, do you have 24 hour reception desk? Yes, we do have 24 hours reception desk available. The reception desk is open all throughout the night and you will be able to check in at any time. |

What documents do I need at hotel check-in? When checking into our hotel, you will need to present proof that you are the person who made the reservation. Normally this comes in the form of an identification document such as a driver's license, state ID card or passport. We require identification for two main security reasons: the first reason is to protect customers from fraudulent credit card use and theft. Requiring identification upon check-in is a way that we can ensure that a hotel room was not booked with a stolen credit card. The second reason we check identification is to protect the safety of our guests. Requiring an ID for check-in is a way to make sure that only registered, paid guests are admitted to hotel rooms, and prevents strangers or criminals from comprising the personal safety of those staying in the hotel. |

Do you have hair dryers in the rooms?
All of our rooms have hair dryer available for our guests to use. We also have standalone hair dryers available from the reception desk for free. |

Do you have electrical converters in the room or do we need to bring our own?
Voltage is a measure of electrical force and varies from region to region throughout the world and it will depend on what region your electrical devices come from. Thus, you will need to bring your own voltage converter. The official voltage for Spain is 230 with most electrical goods operating at around the 220 – 240 volt mark. All of Spain operates on a 2 pronged outlets. |

Is there a minibar in my room?
You will not find a minibar in your room as they are noisy and unattractive, but if you need something to be refrigerated, then we have a fridge at the Desk you can use for free. |

Is smoking permitted on the premises? All of our accommodation is 100% smoke-free, so you will enjoy a fresh, smoke-free stay no matter which room you select. For further information about this matter please visit our Smoke free hotel section. |

Do you have a broadband Internet connection? Yes, you can connect your PDA, iPhone, iPad or notebook computer to broadband using our wireless network. As long as your computer is wireless enabled you can use a broadband connection Free of Charge while staying with us. Further details can be found in our Wireless Internet Access section. |

Hotel room types. The Hotel Maestranza is a listed, 100-year-old building, with a subsequent wide variety of room types and sizes. The room types used by the Hotel Maestranza are as follows: • Single room: Contains one single bed. Suitable for one person. • Twin room: Contains two single beds in the same room. Suitable for one or two people. • Double room: Contains one double bed. Suitable for one or two people. • Triple room: Three single beds, one of which may be a pull down or roll away bed, in the same room. Suitable for three people. • Double room for single use: Contains two single beds or one double bed in the same room, to be occupied by one person. • Family suite: Ideal for families and large groups, the suite includes a master double room with two twin beds with an adjoining double room with another two twin beds sharing an ensuite bathroom, for a maximum of four people (or five people with an extra bed in the master room). Most hotels have twisted the definition and just give you a larger room with extra furniture and charge you more. If you have a family, it is not enough. Our definition includes a separate bedroom with a closing door inside your room, not just a half wall, a fridge or a sofa... and of course no rollaways, bunk beds or uncomfortable sofas. • Cot, cradle or crib: Cot, cradle or crib suitable for a child under the age of two years. How do I get to your hotel?
If coming by shuttle or taxi just tell them the name of the hotel and they will know the directions, now that's easy! If you are arriving with us by public transportation visit our Directions section. |

Do you pick up from the airport?
Unfortunately we do not offer that service at this time. We recommend visiting our Directions section. |

Do you offer parking?
While a car is not recommended to explore the city (as with all areas of central Sevilla, parking is very limited and all monuments and sites are easily accessed on foot from the hotel), should you arrive by car there is parking available in a nearby garage (approx. 30 metres from the hotel, at Gamazo 22). Garage is not affiliated with our hotel and charges per day rates. Alternatively, metered street parking can also be found in surrounding streets, although there is no guarantee of available street parking. We recommend returning your rental car when you get to Seville and taking a taxi to the hotel. You do not need a car while you are in and around the hotel. It will be cheaper, easier, and much, much less stressful. |

Is it possible to park in front or back of your hotel while we load/unload our suitcases?
For your convenience, we have a special Loading/Unloading zone directly in front of our lobby entrance on the Gamazo Street side of our hotel. You may use this spot for a few minutes at time of check-in and check-out in order to move your luggage from your car to your room and back again. |

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Hotel Maestranza. All reservations are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
What should I be aware of when making a reservation? All reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirming your booking. Once you send us a request, our booking department will process it and send you as soon as possible an e-mail explaining how to book. Please note this is on a first-come-first-served basis and that we do not hold any space prior to final confirmation. It is still your responsibility to check your e-mail box in case of any last minute communication. |

Do I need a credit card to make a hotel room reservation? Yes, we require a credit card for all online reservations. This guarantees your room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel unless we require prepayment or a deposit prior. |

Can I use a third party credit card (from a relative, friend, or company) to prepay a hotel room reservation? We are committed to helping protect our clients from credit card fraud, so the card and the person's name who is on the card need to physically be at the hotel. Again this is to combat credit card fraud so do not throw a tantrum to the front desk staff for making sure your credit card is not a stolen one. |

Can I email my credit card information to guarantee my reservation? Our online Reservation Form offers a secure method of sending your credit card data (secure server). Regular email is not secure. You may email it if you like... it is up to you. |

Is your online reservation process secure to protect my personal and credit card information? The hotel room reservation process through hotelmaestranza.es is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit. |

I sent you an e-mail requesting accommodation and I have not heard from you yet. What do I do? Providing the e-mail address you gave was correct, you should hear from us in a day. Sometimes -especially during public holidays or over weekends- responses may take longer than usual. Please be patient. Important notice: AOL, Hotmail, Earthlink, Yahoo, ..., may regard email from many non-spamming sites as Undeliverable in their effort to control spam. If you do not get a reply from us about your request, this is most likely the reason.
