The Hotel Maestranza website and its domains hotelmaestranza.es and hotel-maestranza.com are owned and operated by the trademark Hotel Maestranza, a company based in Sevilla, Spain, at Gamazo street 12, zip code 41001.

The Hotel Maestranza is inscribed at the Registro de Turismo de Andalucía (RTA) with the number H-SE-00943.

Languagues in our website are Spanish and English. We take no responsability in case of misunderstandings due to a bad comprehension. In the event of a discrepancy between the two language versions, the Spanish language shall prevail to the extent that such discrepancy is the result of an error in translation.

4. Child policy
Free baby cot for children up to 2 years old (on request and availability and maximum one per room). Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge with their parents using existing bedding; children over this age will be considered an adult.
No free extra bed (or rollaway) is provided for a child in normal cases. In case you require an extra bed for your child, the three person rate applies.

7. Jurisdiction and law
This agreement is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the parties hereby agree without exception to submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Sevilla (Spain).

8. Smoking policy
The Hotel Maestranza is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment, and is proud to boast one of the most comprehensive smoke-free hotel policies in the industry. The only way to provide this experience is to not allow smoking within the building.

The smoke-free hotel policy has received praise from guests, and the Hotel Maestranza remains committed to achieving a smoke-free environment. This initiative includes guest rooms, public spaces and associate work areas.

All representatives have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy. For example, housekeepers are trained to observe signs of smoking in the hotel. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted inside the building. Pre-arrival email notifications also include a reference to the policy. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

9. Google Analytics
